On Friday, 8 May 2026, W & G Lawyers was honoured to attend John Paul College Mayfair as a Gold Sponsor for the second consecutive year.
Mayfair was a wonderful evening filled with energy, warmth, and community spirit. Families, students, and local businesses came together to celebrate one of the most anticipated school community events of the year. As the evening unfolded, the event was full of people, laughter, and a joyful atmosphere.
W & G Lawyers was delighted to host a community stall at the event. Throughout the evening, we welcomed many families, students, and members of the local community. Visitors who followed our Facebook page and WeChat Official Account were able to receive special gifts prepared by our team, including light-up hair clips, glowing balloons, light-up fans, and other fun giveaways for children and families.
One of the highlights of the evening was our lucky draw grand prize — the much-loved Brisbane icon, Bluey. At 8:00 pm, we conducted the lucky draw as scheduled and were very pleased to announce that the winner was a student from John Paul College. We hope Bluey brought a big smile and a special memory to the lucky winner and their family.
As a local law firm, W & G Lawyers values every opportunity to support schools, families, and community events. Participating in Mayfair allowed us to connect with the community in a warm and meaningful way beyond the traditional legal setting. We were also privileged to be part of such a positive and joyful event bringing together families, students, volunteers, and local organisations.
