✅ Who can apply?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident (or applying with someone who is);
  • Have never owned property that you lived in after 1 July 2000;
  • Have never received a similar grant in any other state or territory.

  • Not own or part-own any other property;
  • Have a combined household income under $141,000, or $201,000 in select council areas;
  • Have a good rental history or savings record;
  • Have either:
    • A minimum 2% deposit, or
    • The difference between the purchase price and the loan amount you’re eligible for.
